What makes a good decision?
Sometimes being FAIR.
Sometimes being RIGHT.
Sometimes it’s STICKING UP FOR YOURSELF.
Sometimes it’s SHOWING EMPATHY.
Sometimes it’s PATIENCE.
Sometimes it’s DRAWING A HARD LINE.
Most times it’s hard to tell which route is the right one until afterwards.

I read a little quote today.
"Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment."
I thought that was pretty true.
