My son asked me to babysit.
But my adopted filipino son recently suggested that I move in with them to babysit so they can both work and not have to pay anyone. He is moving to Florida within three months or so and transferring jobs, both his job and his wife's job.
I told him that I would need some things before I could consider it. For one thing, I want a small fridge in the room that would be my bedroom so the kids would not be getting into my Diet Pepsi. I also want to put my computer in my room and make it off limits for every but me. And, since my back is now bothering me a lot, I want him to get two baby seats for the youngest two kids. In spite of my age, I won't allow his babies to interfere with my mobility.
I lived in London a few months in my past and saw that the British have some unique and clever car seats for young children. I suggested he look into one of those for TJ and his baby daughter to use.
At his request, I suggested the URL of a company online that sells baby car products plus many other items. I hope he will cooperate with me so I can spend quality time with him and his wife and four children, Destiny, Ana Rose, TJ (Todd Junior) and their baby daughter.
