One country in Southeast Asia did not get colonized.

I will show you a number of countries' flags (in Southeast Asia) and a country which had them for a colony. You reason out the answer to which country did NOT get colonized.

Colonized by France
Brunei
Brunei
Colonized by Britain

Cambodia
Cambodia
Colonized by France
Indonesia
Indonesia
Colonized by Netherlands

Laos
Laos
Colonized by France
Malaysia
Malaysia
Colonized by Britain

There are others not included here. Decide which country was not colonized by another country although that country had a penal colony within its own borders for a time.
