Did you know that's also one of your biggest weaknesses too?
I don’t know where I heard this but it has always stuck with me. Your Greatest Strength is also one of your Greatest Weaknesses.
Think about one of the really great things about you. What have you been complimented on through the years?
Me: Patience. Without a doubt I’ve heard that my whole life.
Now think about how that gets you into trouble.
Me: I tend to let interpersonal relationship go too far before I draw the line. I let boundaries get blurred and get taken advantage of while I’m being “patient”.
This has happened many times in my life…. And I suspect it will continue to happen. At least I’m aware of it now.
What are your assets? How have they gotten you into sticky situations?
